Our Services
- Consultation/Site visits: All projects are different and at PMN product knowledge is key. If you require, site visits and consultations can be arranged where a dedicated member of our team can discuss products and applications with you to ensure that production processes and products meet your requirements completely.
- Prototyping: Our prototyping services offer the chance to ‘preview’ products to assess their functionality.
- CAD Design: Our CAD services involve the use of specialised software to create detailed 2D and 3D digital models of parts / products to facilitate visualisation, modification and documentation of designs.
- CNC Programming: Involves the development of code that operate our machines, we have CNC engineers on site who provide expertise in programming to optimise production processes.
- 3D Printed Models: We can design and print small- and large-scale 3D models for manufacture of small parts or prototype products quickly in a cost-effective manner.
- Vacuum Forming Tooling: Once prototypes are confirmed, aluminium tools are produced so that large quantities of high-quality products can be produced on repeat.
- Part Assembly: Involves the joining and integration of individual components to create finished product including bonding, gluing and fixing.
- 3D CAM/CNC Manufacturing: Allows for efficient and accurate machining options using CNC equipment once the vacuum forming process is complete. This process utilises 3D computer-aided manufacturing software.
