Attached lid containers are the better choice where contents need protection during transit or storage, where loose lids would create a management burden in a high-volume operation, or where secure closure is a hygiene or safety requirement. The integrated lid removes a variable from the system: there are no separate lids to lose, damage or reorder.

For operations running returnable packaging loops between multiple sites, attached lid containers also simplify the return process. The lid cannot be separated from the container in transit, which reduces losses and ensures containers return complete and ready for reuse.

Sizes and Configurations

Attached lid containers are available in two standard euro footprint sizes: 400x300mm and 600x400mm. Heights across the range run from 222mm up to 420mm, covering volumes from compact options under 25 litres through to larger formats of up to 80 litres.

Both footprint sizes are compatible with euro pallets at the 1200x800mm standard and with container pallets at the 1200x1000mm standard.
