Prototype Tooling for Precision

• For projects requiring tooling, we begin with the production of a prototype tool made from modelboard once drawings have been approved.
• This prototype tool is instrumental in producing a sample product, guaranteeing it aligns perfectly with customer requirements.
• The opportunity then arises for product examination, enabling any necessary adjustments before committing to permanent aluminium tooling.
• This approach ensures cost-effective production and complete product alignment with customer needs.

Aluminium Tooling for Production

• Once the prototype is approved for suitability, we proceed to aluminium tool production tooling.
• Our Vacuum Forming machines allow for temperature-controlled tools for additional control and consistency
• Our experienced team are here to guide customers through the design process to ensure that the final product meets expectations.

5 axis CNC Trimming for Precision

• To guarantee that a final product matches precise specifications, we offer custom trimming services.
• Leveraging 3 CNC machines, including two state of the art 5-axis CNC’s, we deliver consistent and accurate trimming even for the most intricate of jobs.
