What We Can Offer
Welding: Here at PMN we use secondary processes such as welding of vacuum formed parts to create a final product. Butt welding is used to create bespoke, non-standard sized products such as extended pallet size boxes or Euro containers
Bonding: Depending on plastic and application, we can use gluing solutions to secure parts together for applications of all areas – from automotive to food products
3D printing: Both small- and large-scale 3D printing capabilities provide us with the flexibility to manufacture small parts or prototype products quickly in a cost-effective manner

What We Can Offer
Drape moulding: Drape moulding is a type of thermoforming which utilises the heating of plastic as opposed to the vacuum. Material is draped over a male tool to shape rather than vacuumed onto the tool – often used for greater consistency and clarity in projects that require it
Drilling: Here at PMN we have the facilities to drill products so that they reach you without the need for further alteration.
Bending: For shaping that cannot be performed using vacuum forming or bonding, manual product bending can be performed on site.
