In this product showcase we are going to look at three projects we have worked on over the years. Our vacuum forming capabilities have earned us an excellent reputation as a supplier of quality customised and bespoke plastic products that have serviced a wide range of industries. Today we are featuring;
A tough and durable gun case that is designed to protect guns from dust, dirt, scratches and moisture. A HDPE outer shell surrounds foam inserts that ensure your gun is protected in storage and transportation.
A catching ramp, popular with cricket coaches, that helps improve catching ability, technique and reflexes by mirroring random deflections that may happen from a bat or off the ground. The catching ramp is made from a weatherproof, impact resistant polypropylene that gives incredible durability.
The third, and final, product this week is a clear plastic crib made from PETG which is strong and chemical resistant and is added to a frame with 100mm castor wheels, 2 off braking, and optional shelves and cupboard. A tilt facility completes an all-round crib popularly used in hospital baby wards.
