Ownership Update: Continuing the PMN Story

Since the company was founded in 2002, Plastic Mouldings Northern Ltd has been built by Mark and Freddy, growing the business together from the ground up with a shared commitment to quality, innovation and doing things the right way.

In December 2025, Mark completed the purchase of PMN, allowing Freddy to officially retire, Mark Rigg is now the sole owner of Plastic Mouldings Northern Ltd.

This marks an important milestone for the business. While the ownership structure has changed, the values that PMN were founded on, remain the same.

The team, expertise, and commitment to our customers will continue to grow and improve.

The business has always felt like a family-run company, and a key part of our valued team is Lewis Rigg, Mark’s son, whose involvement truly makes PMN a family business with family values at its heart.

We’d like to take this moment to thank Freddy for everything he’s contributed to PMN over the years and to wish him a long, happy and well-earned retirement.

The PMN team are all excited about the planned future changes, as we move into the next chapter under Mark’s continued leadership.
